We have a great reputation as a supplier of quality pre-nailed frames and trusses to the building industry in Auckland, and beyond.

As well as general pre-nail manufacturing, this key role has specific responsibility for the construction of pre-fabricated mid-floor panels. 

We’re looking for a team player with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a pre-nail plant and the ideal candidate will have worked at least some of that time on-site in the construction of timber-framed houses.

Working inside our pre-nail factory, the role would suit an experienced builder looking to spend less time working out in the weather or travelling from site to site.

There is no requirement to be an LBP.

In terms of your employment with us, we are flexible in how this might work, and can look at either option of - 

This can be a full-time position, with a minimum of 40 hours work each week, and regular overtime available for those wanting to boost their pay packet.

OR

This can be a contract position offering some flexibility around how you work, and when you work, to fit around other other work you might do. Naturally this relies on on-time delivery of our work to our customers.

The successful applicant will possess:

- Experience working from construction plans

- Excellent attention to detail

- The ability to work in a team environment

- The Kiwi “Can-do” attitude, making sure we meet our deadlines and quality levels with our customers.

- Good communication skills

- Be reliable with a good work ethic

- Be safety focused to ensure company health & safety policies are followed at all times, whether on our own site, or on the customers
